2. Tell us your most important needs, whether they are aesthetic desires or structural problems.
   • We walk the property with you, allowing you to direct us from one point of interest to another.
   • We listen and observe, until we have a gained a good understanding of your needs.
   • After the initial walk-through, we begin preparing our recommendation.
3. The design plan includes specifics.
   • We list the types of hardscapes, plants and trees we recommend, and display their locations within the design.
   • We list the sizes and shapes of the beds we recommend and their location within the design.
   • We provide diagrams and pictures to illustrate our ideas to the customer.
4. Once you have approved your new landscape plan we will send one of our experienced landscape installation crews out to carry out your plan.
   • We supply all of our crews with the best tools and equipment available so that we can maintain our superior quality standards.
